Rewards are sent to your character through RCON within seconds of your payment being confirmed. Packages that require you to be online are delivered automatically the next time you join the selected server.
If an item fails to deliver, open a ticket on our Discord and the team will resolve it.
Open the pause menu in ARK: Survival Ascended — your id is shown in the bottom corner. You can also type ShowMyAdminManager in the console.
Digital items that have already been delivered can't be refunded. If something went wrong with a delivery, open a ticket on Discord and we'll sort it out.
You will receive items via Admins or Shop through Helena. This is how to claim them. 1. To claim them, open your radial menu by holding R on PC, X on Xbox, or Square on PlayStation, select the Helena Bot option, then go to Rewards. 2. Sometimes Helena will send you the purchased items directly to your inventory - Make sure you are not black box and you aren't in upload.
Once you are at checkout you can enter the code in the "Giftcard Code" section
